Generally not. Only in two cases UvO can visit your university of applied sciences for an inspection:

1) For a sample.

The Easy Access agreement states that during the term of the agreement (2021-2023) four universities of applied sciences (HBO’s) will cooperate one time for a check at their institution. By doing so, UvO will gain insight in the reuse of copyrighted materials. UvO will use this information to allocate the funds to rightholders (creators and publishers).

2) Control instead of reporting.

If a university of applied sciences (HBO) does not send a report, or an unclear report, we may together decide to keep an inspection at your university of applied sciences (HBO).
